Her mission is to create awareness surrounding rehabilitation, professionalism within corrections, trauma-informed leadership, accountability, and positive change within communities and correctional systems. Rachelle is passionate about empowering others to heal, break cycles of trauma, and understand that transformation is possible regardless of their past.
